Ordered $133.00 worth of plants several came dead and several died, called to have them replaced and they can't send me more because of the time of the year. So they will "refund" my money back but require me to send them my invoice in the mail.....how ridiculous!! Your looking at my invoice order on the computer as we are talking but yet you are going to waste my time and postage stamp to send you the same thing you are looking at??!!!?!?

Rude people, don't waste your money....poor poor poor customer service!!!

I also ordered from them.Got 10 plants jammed into a small box then got the plant food a week later then 3 cherry hedge plants with mildewed roots that were nothing more then a stick with roots two weeks after that.

They never said anything about sending the stuff separately to begin with. Some plants, flowers are finally coming around.

But the so called shrubs still look like dead sticks.Won't order from them again.
