Ordered $133.00 worth of plants several came dead and several died, called to have them replaced and they can't send me more because of the time of the year. So they will "refund" my money back but require me to send them my invoice in the mail.....how ridiculous!! Your looking at my invoice order on the computer as we are talking but yet you are going to waste my time and postage stamp to send you the same thing you are looking at??!!!?!?

Rude people, don't waste your money....poor poor poor customer service!!!

I also ordered from them. Got 10 plants jammed into a small box then got the plant food a week later then 3 cherry hedge plants with mildewed roots that were nothing more then a stick with roots two weeks after that.

They never said anything about sending the stuff separately to begin with. Some plants, flowers are finally coming around.

But the so called shrubs still look like dead sticks. Won't order from them again.

i ordered their best grass seed-followed their instructions--nothing happened-after 3 weeks everything is brown--the veggies were also were sent dried up & or died after planting---customer service said the i could get a refund or 1 time replacement---i took the replacement---much to my surprise they were worst than the first batch- my granddaughter & i were really looking forward to growing my own veggies---this could have been a great experience for her to learn about growing your own food---what else could i do--if this isnt the biggest scam--what a shame---violet

Thanks to a post from another unsatisfied consumer. I called this number which is Spring River and was issued a full refund.

They are some sort of affiliate. I didn't have to wait very long for a customer service person to assist me, hear my complaint and offer the full refund with no argument. Gardener's Choice is scamming people. They charged me $17.80 in shipping charges to ship tomotoe seeds which additionally arrived way too late in the season to produce any tomatoes this year.

I then found another charge added to my account this morning for animal repellant which I ordered but have not received yet. So don't waste your time trying to contact Gardener's Choice.

Simply call Spring River and avoid the stress !
